The Bath a mini horror story

You relax in a hot tub, starry eyed and looking forward to getting dressed to go out. You feel great but then you stare into the water pondering the meaning of life. Not wanting to attempt to get out. All of a sudden you are too tired-the arthritis-the carpal tunnel-the dozen donuts around your waist. The water starts to cool and you know you have to make a move. It's in the Lord's hand now you think.

Finally you make it onto the bathroom floor, leaving the mess behind. You go to the living room and decide maybe going out is to much work. You have lost that unrealistic image of who you are and get a big dose of reality. Perhaps you will find something to binge watch on TV. You have already risked your life in the tub, you're clean no point in pushing it.

Cats-The sneeze

She dried off after a long hot relaxing bath. Put mousse and coconut oil in her hair and let it air dry and then set it in hot rollers. When ready to go to bed for the night and read, she removed the rollers,ran her fingers through the soft bouncy curls and gave it light spray.

She got settled into bed with her book and started reading. The cats meandered in to their sleeping spots next to her and started purring as they fell asleep.

She read for about an hour before switching the light off and turning on her side to sleep.

The fan blowing gently in the dark, cozy room. All of a sudden and violent sneeze right her face and hair! She grumbled and turned over and another sneeze from from another cat sprayed her from 2 inches away. Ackkk!! She gets up to wash her face, nothing to do about the hair this time of night. So much for saving time in the morning. She returned to bed and squeezed in where there was room between the cats that were already curled up on her pillows.

She snored and the cats purred.

A Halloween Story for kids-story card

The little bear came out one misty evening and looked around. He was very confused when he saw floating pumpkins with funny and sometimes scary faces on them. All the houses were lit up and looked cozy and welcoming and there were little funny monsters running around. Then he heard them talking and figured out that they were kids dressed up!

They were laughing and running door to door and they had buckets full of candy and Apples and other treats like homemade brownies!! He wanted in on this game too. His momma told him not to steal food from peoples trash cans but these houses were handing it out for free! He decided to walk up to one of the doors himself and see what happened. To his surprise no one was scared of him, they said "oh look a scary little bear" and they laughed and gave him an apple and a Tootsie roll. He saw the other kids trading treats as he munched on his apple. All of a sudden they came up to him and said "hey little bear kid do you want our apples?" he nodded and offered his wrapped Tootsie roll. WOW! by the end of the night he had a bag full of apples and he gave all the kids his candies for trade.That wasn't stealing. Wait til he got home and told mom about Trick or Treats. Best night ever he thought.
